  Overall, it was near perfect. Location was great, and having four bedrooms was just what we needed. There was an unexpected bonus room with a love seat, small tv and blu-ray player. Just about everything was great.
  
  Not perfect aspects: Our Mini-Van BARELY fit in the right-hand parking spot. I don't think any normal sized car could fit in the other spot. Maybe a mini cooper or smart car? Also, the dishwasher didn't get the dishes clean, so we had to hand wash our dishes. Those were the only two drawbacks, otherwise, it was a perfect rental at a reasonable price.

  Overall good - the trundle bed was impossible to sleep on though. That bed needs to be replaced with a queen bed even though the room is small.

  Our rental house was great with enough room for the 9 of us. The patio area was large enough for 4-5 of us to sit outside while bbq. What made it nice there is a bathroom downstairs so you didn’t have to go upstairs each time. Kitchen move around with 3-4 people. Neighborhood and neighbors quiet. Iwe have rented this house 3x .
