  We stay at this home each summer! There is so much room for everyone to stretch out, relax and sleep. All of the kitchen supplies are there for us to use as well as the barbecue! The only things we need to bring are the briquettes and food! We see the same families each year as well and it is nice to visit and catch up! The wall to wall windows allow for a panoramic view of the ocean if we choose to stay indoors for a while as we listen to the rhythm of the waves. It’s convenient to be just a few steps from the sand, so we can come and go all day and night as we please!
  There is so much more to enjoy here, but not enough space to write it all down.
  Parking along the street is a challenge, especially on the weekend , but it is manageable.
  If we have any questions about the house or how some appliance works or doesn’t work, the management office is extremely helpful!

  This home is a “home away from home!” It is so spacious and comfortable for everyone spending time here. There is plenty of room for all family members to lounge, inside and out, to fill their senses with the beauty of the Pacific Ocean. Although this home is in close proximity to local restaurants, the kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to prepare all your meals; we actually cooked all of our dinners on the grill right outside our door! Even though we brought quite a load of food and beverages, there is a grocery store, Deluxe Foods, only 3 minutes away, for any additional items you may need.
  All of the neighboring homes were occupied by the nicest visitors from many different parts of California and other states. It has a nice family atmosphere! It was great to see neighboring guests who I met last year, as many families vacation here year after year!
  Other items we brought were beach chairs, towels and umbrellas ; gaming console for the gamers; our own pillows for sleeping and a memory foam mattress topper for the downstairs queen bed, which is quite firm.
  We have definitely made this a yearly vacation destination!

  We were a family of 5 with 2 children 14 and under, and 3 adults. We would have liked having a washer & dryer because we had packed lightly. The bedroom with double size bed had a minor flaw. When I sat near the foot of the bed the mattress lifted! No big deal, made sure to sit elsewhere! We were happy to have access to the beach from the home. My family traveled from Massachusetts and enjoyed the beach very much. The children especially enjoyed a trip to the Mystery Spot and of course, the Boardwalk, and downtown Santa Cruz.

  This beach home is exactly that: a home! So spacious and comfortably furnished that my sons and their guy friends were impressed with the accommodations! Falling asleep to the soothing sound of the waves and waking to morning dolphins taking their daily stroll across the shoreline is an ideal setting! We enjoyed all of our meals there, since the kitchen is fully stocked with all the appliances and tools anyone needs, including the barbecue! The vacationing neighbors were so friendly and many a conversation was had throughout our stay. The walkway stretches from the end of Seacliff Beach campground to the very end of Beach Dr. I definitely got my steps in daily! The Bailey Property Management Team is so friendly and helpful that I felt very cared for from the initial reservation to checkout. I definitely will return to spend another week at this lovely beach home!

  We have been staying on Beach Drive for the past 13 years. We have stayed in a few properties but this is by far our FAVORITE! Lots of space for our family. The upstairs balcony was a perfect hangout for the kids in the evening. The rooms are all comfortable and quiet. 4 bathrooms were another amenity that made this property perfect! We will be back next summer!
