  This house is beautiful, and you can’t beat the location. The beds are very comfortable, and there are tons of extra blankets and pillows. There were a couple minor issues we had, and Bailey was very communicative and was able to fix one issue while we were there. We’d stay again.

  Beautiful location for our daughter’s sweet 16 birthday weekend. Her friends joined us on the first night for dinner and a bonfire at Rio Del Mar, slept all 8 of us comfortably. Family joined us the next night, kitchen was perfect - I was able to cook a dinner for 12. We sat outside and watched the sunset on a beautiful December evening. Having a working fireplace was a treat. The downstairs remodel is beautiful. Rooms were good size with plenty of blankets to warm up with in the winter or light sheets for summer time. Bathrooms were clean and plenty of towels for showering. I can’t wait to stay again.

  We have been staying on Aptos Beach for over thirty years, first with our children and now our children and grandchildren. It’s magical each year to wake to the sound of the sea, take long walks along the shore, play in the water and dig our toes into the sand and rekindle old friendships and make new ones year after year. To have a fully equipped and clean beach home located right on the sand makes for a relaxing and memorable vacation. Casual restaurants and Marianne’s ice cream are just a short walk away. The State Park museum and gift shop is a yearly favorite as well as the hour long walk to Capitola. The ease of knowing that our vacation reservation for next year is in place when we leave is an added bonus.
