Direct television available. Located nearby Café Rio, Pixie Deli, and Flats Bistro, this cozy home is perfect for making memories.

  Our family has headed to the beach most summers for almost 40 years now. We loved the location of this house and our time together. We played games, barbecued, built bonfires, ate s’mores, etc. It was a great family time. Lisa was great to work with. The interior of the house has not been updated in sometime, but the online pictures help tell that story. It is probably time for new mattresses and new couches as well as the bottom frame of the sliding glass doors. The windows could use a good cleaning too. We still had such a great time and plan to return!

  Great location! The house was large enough for 8 guests with wonderful views! The house was spacious and clean. Property MGT was friendly at check-in and check-out. Minor things were there were no dish towels and only 1 towel per person. Defiantly a great place to relax and enjoy the beach, I highly recommend.

  My family has stayed at tis same home for 7-8 years. We love the location and the home. However, it appears that it is time for the owner to do some maintenance repairs around the home. Some things are falling apart. Such as the siding on the house. Window coverings need replacing, update and clean the bed coverings. Just a good old fashion deep cleaning would help. Our time spent there is always A+. Thank you

  We had a great time staying at this location. You just cant beat staying on the sand when you have little kids. Yes the decor is a bit eclectic but really, who cares with that view? My only suggestion for improvement would be having some lounge chairs/chaises on the rooftop deck. There was a small table and a couple chairs up there, but since the back deck doesnt have enough room for any, thatd be a nice spot. What I really appreciate is that this place is available to rent for less than a full week. Due to working, we only take mini vacations so this is definitely a selling point and we will 100% stay here again because of that alone. Thank you to the owners for sharing this rental with others!

  Great beach house right on the beach! Lot's of charm older place but we love it. I left a new umbrella there last year someone took it and put back up the old busted one! The place needs a good deck umbrella only complaint.
