Just off the front door is a large deck with a full patio table and chairs to seat four. Great views of Aptos and Rio Del Mar Beach. On the first floor there is a full bathroom with a newly remodeled bathroom and bedroom with a full sliding door giving you additional access from this room directly to the deck. Both bedrooms and stairway have plush carpeting and the remainder of the house has new Pergo style hardwood floors. There are fantastic vaulted ceilings as well as stainless steel appliances and beautifully crafted white kitchen cabinets. There is an additional patio just off of the kitchen as well.

  Wonderful beach house for my family for the weekend. We were tucked away from the noise but an easy walk to the beach. Beds were comfortalbe, house was very clean and property management company was very friendy and helpful. 100 % reccommend to other guests.

  The staff was very helpful especially with our initial arrival questions.
  The overall house was very close to the beach which we walked along for over a mile in both directions. House was in good order, very clean.

  Bailey Property Management was great to work with. The property was on a very quiet street with easy beach access. The upper level was completely remodeled especially the kitchen & living room. The place would be greatly enhanced if they put in a large window with a view of the water and pulled out the carpet.
