  Everything was great! Would be nice to have a few more supplies (paper products, dishwasher liquid or pods...we only had 2 pods at check-in, and an upgrade on the BBQ) None of this had any effect on our overall was amazing! Thank you!

  Perfect location, one block to Rio Del Mar Beach. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were spacious. The decks were sunny and inviting. Kitchen was well stocked with essentials but cabinets and bathrooms need updating.

  Loved the location! The kitchen was adequately supplied with dishes, pots and pans. It was a surprise to find the bedrooms on the first floor but that made it easy to bring in suitcases and having two bathrooms worked very well for us. It was a very comfortable place to stay!

  The location can’t be beat! The property is older but is perfect for a beach vacation, it has mostly everything you need. We had two young children and the house served us well. Unfortunately the cleanliness was questionable, as there was dog hair all over the upstairs and carpeted stairs. There was also a good amount of sand on the first floor. I mentioned this to the property managers and they were quick to address it. Overall I would stay here again just based on the proximity to the beach and location in general for trips to the Santa Cruz Boardwalk, redwoods, and Monterey Bay Aquarium.
