Enjoy casual dinner at Manuel's Restuarant, grab a quick bite to eat at Pizza One, or grab dessert at the famous Marianne's Ice Cream. Convenient location and again great for a family getaway. Seacliff State beach is known for its long stretch of sand, Enjoy fishing off of the cement ship and don't forget to stop off at the museum.

  Last month we visited Aptos, Calif. We stayed at 208 Valencia. We have stayed at this property a number of years. The kitchen was remodeled and we enjoyed the openness of the kitchen, dining, and living area. We look forward to seeing what other changes will be made to the remaining rooms. The house was clean, extra towels and blankets were provided. We often enjoyed our morning coffee in the front patio with the beautiful bougainvillea. Seacilff Beach, Manuel’s Mexican Restaurant, Castello’s Caffe and Deli, and Marianne’s Ice Cream are all with in walking distance. The staff at Bailey Property Management were kind, helpful, professional. They are a pleasure to work with.

  Nice place for a family vacation. The house is nice with an updated kitchen. The front courtyard makes a great spot to sit and enjoy the sun. It's an easy walk to the beach (lots of stairs) and yummy ice cream, among other delights in the little village of Seacliff.

  Nice to be close to beach and services in Aptos. Courtyard nicely laid out. Unfortunately the property needed some serious airing. There was very musty smell. We couldn’t get the air conditioning to work. Decoration was minimal. We were disappointed.

  Five girlfriends rented this home for a 3 day getaway. We wanted a single story home with no stairs and would be easy for one of our friends to to get around with her walker We were not disappointed in the description of the home. We found it very clean, modern spacious kitchen and open living area. The 3 bedrooms are very accommodating and it has 2 full bathrooms. The exterior of the property is well kept and landscaped beautifully. There is a nice driveway that will accommodate 2 cars nicely.

  A 5-7 min walk to the beach and even closer to a few restaurants. A really nice spot to relax for a few days and accessible to the whole Monterey Bay Area. House has a nice private fenced in yard with an outdoor table.

  We've stayed in the house many times in the last almost 7 years. Our daughter lives around the corner so the location is perfect. Certain things in the house could use some sprucing up especially the kitchen. Overall it's a nice house and works for our needs.
