  We stayed for just over a week. Our group was diminished due to flu and cold so the house ended up being a bit larger than we needed. This is a great location for any Santa Cruz stay. Walking distance to W. Cliff drive and any number of first rate coffee houses/bakeries. We did an Elkhorn Slough Safari which was under a 40 minutes drive.
  The house was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked with cooking utensils - best we've ever experienced.
  The rental agency was prompt in replying to our queries. I think we would be happy to stay again should the occasion arise.

  This house has everything you need for a comfortable stay and the Bailey Property staff were all super helpful. The main living space and backyard/patio are the highlights of this house. The bathrooms are very small and out dated and the wall texture is quite odd but if you can overlook this (which we did!) this place is a great family home for a vacation.

  Place was huge - outside - great hang out spot - close to ocean - short drive to boardwalk. House has AC (rental website said heat only - but AC was perfect). No complaints at all - stove was hard to figure out - but only because it was more modern than my old gas stove. rooms/beds were great - Walk in shower a bit small but made it work - other shower perfect. Honestly zero issues... would stay there again!

  We had a great time-4 moms and kids. The house was well stocked with items. Enough bedrooms so that the kids could bunk with their friends. Open floor plan allowed for everyone to hang out together. Backyard was great with a lot of seating and a grill. Great location near stores and the beach. We will be returning!

  Our family booked this property 1 yr. in advance for our daughters graduation from UCSC. The reviews do not do it justice AT ALL!! From the moment we started working with Bailey Property Management we were 100% taken care of! Their communication between us and the owner was seamless, and they even were willing to work with us on getting a full refund if we needed it (Our daughter changed her mind on attending graduation weeks before we were slated to check in!!)She of course, as most parents will understand, changed her mind again and we kept our everything as planned. Bailey Property Management understood the Life Happens and completely understood our situation, offering a full refund if needed. Amazing!!!!! The property is larger than the pictures depict. Our whole family stayed comfortably and thoroughly enjoyed the indoor/outdoor living with an amazing backyard! We walked everywhere from the house (grocery/restaurants/ocean) it's the perfect location in Santa Cruz! Be sure to bring extra TP & paper towels (as they only provide 1 roll). I'd say that would be the biggest feedback; For the price of the stay, i'd expect to not have to supply our own paper products. We will stay here again!!!! Fantastic

  It isn’t easy to find a rental that is handicp accessible. We did need a ramp to get up from family room to kitchen. I came in the house from family room. I couldn’t get into either bathrooms. We had a toilet that we could bring with us. (It folded)

  Overall, my group was very happy with our stay. The location was perfect, walkable to the water, downtown Santa Cruz, and a number of restaurants /tasting rooms/breweries, and the house had fantastic places for our large group to hang out. The backyard and kitchen were better than the pictures, and the kitchen was really well stocked for big group meals.
  
  We had a couple of small detractors that kept this from being a five star experience. We kept finding ants throughout the house, even in the bedrooms. This doesn't seem to be a cleanliness issue, instead I think they really need to treat the property. Outside the kitchen, they were lacking in supplies. There weren't basic bathroom amenities (shampoo etc) which are usually standard for house rentals nowadays, and they didn't even give us enough toilet paper for a short weekend. Finally, even though you're close to the beach, the house doesn't come with beach chairs or towels, which is inconvenient when you're traveling and have limited packing space. Not deal breakers, but things to be aware of.

  This house is welcoming and warm, a great place for larger parties to gather on the patio and enjoy an evening close to the Ocean. The kitchen was very well stocked and there was even an outdoor shower for rinsing off after going to the beach. We loved it and will be back again.
