Pearl Beach House is a newly remodeled two-story home with stainless steel appliances, granite counters, and new cabinets in the kitchen. Lovely skylight with mood rope lighting, under-cabinet lights, and pendant light add to the lovely evening relaxation mood for your enjoyment. The home has everything a person would expect in a lovely vacation home. Three flat screen TVs, radio/CD player, Wi-Fi game/puzzle table, foosball game, table tennis, basketball, four adult bikes & one kids bike, beach chairs & umbrella, beach blanket, rolling ice chest, skim board, boogie board, adult & kids books, and child & adult games.

The home has a second story balcony where you can see the Santa Cruz Boardwalk roller coaster, log run, and other attractions. The San Lorenzo River and also the iconic train bridge over the San Lorenzo River meeting the famous Santa Cruz Boardwalk can be viewed from this deck. The home is a ten minute walk to the Boardwalk and Santa Cruz Beach; you do not need to drive and pay for parking. There is also a nice playground/park within a 5 minute walk. This park has swings, slides, a climbing apparatus, basketball court, and a large lawn area for your enjoyment. The river bike/jogging paths, on both sides of the river, are just a 4 minute walk away. Enjoyment activities are within walking distance; no driving is needed.

This lovely home has the master bedroom with its own small deck on the upstairs floor. This bedroom has a queen bed and a flat screen TV. The upstairs floor also has a cozy sleeping/reading nook for children, the kitchen, dining, and family room. The upstairs bathroom has a beautiful tile shower and granite counters. One downstairs bedroom has a queen bed, and the other downstairs bedroom/game room has a large flat screen TV and Hollywood bunk. The downstairs bathroom has a tub with tiled shower, and granite counters. Additional sleeping in living room has Queen Futon.

There are two outdoor relaxation areas. The upstairs deck has a patio table and comfy chairs. This view deck also a gas BBQ and umbrella. There is also a backyard deck with table, chairs, and umbrella for your enjoyment and relaxation.

Parking for two in driveway (do not block sidewalk) Garage is not for cars!

    We enjoyed this vacation rental with our grand kids. The upper deck with barbecue made cooking easy and enjoyable. Easy walk to the beach and Boardwalk without having to get into the car was a huge plus.

    This was a great place to stay for my multi-generational 70th birthday celebration. The layout was perfect with the younger generations downstairs and we oldsters upstairs. The house was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for meals prepared at home and for carry-in meals. It was very family-friendly with plenty of activities to entertain the 5 and 8 year old grandsons. It was an easy walk to the boardwalk and the boys liked being able to see the carnival lights from the balcony. We appreciated the off street parking. The fast and friendly communication with Bailey Property Management made it easy to bring our 3 families together from across the US for an extended weekend together.

    We enjoyed staying here very much, it had everything we needed and we were pleasantly surprised by the foosball and ping pong table which we used a lot. Parking was a little tough as only 1 vehicle really fits in the driveway (sideways) without blocking the sidewalk.

    Very nice home within walking distance of the Boardwalk. Spacious enough that 6 people was not a problem. Kitchen is very nice and has labeled cabinets for ease of finding items.

    My family enjoyed staying at this home. The home was clean and well maintained. The location was very close to the boardwalk and the home offered great amenities to enjoy going to the beach to staying at the house and playing ping-pong and foosball. Unfortunately, our main day to be there was overshadowed with the tsunami warnings and advisory. We still had fun hanging out at the house. One thing I wish I knew was that the kitchen is located on the second story main floor. It just made for multiple trip up the stairs.
