  Six guys, all eighty year old, on an annual retreat spent a week at this house. The view was amazing! The interior had just been painted and the furniture and decorations went well for the ocean location. A Safeway was close by which added to the convenience. We walked the bike path every day which was very popular with the locals.

  This roomy home is ideal for two families and sleeps eight comfortably. There are ten chairs for the dining table, and plenty of plates. (Main set of dishes has gold rim on dinner plates, that don’t work in microwave.) Ample pots and pans for family meals. Check propane supply well before planned barbeque meal.
  The views and access to West Cliff walks (and Almar Shopping Center) are wonderful. It’s a short walk to Natual Bridges beach and tidepools and easy drive up to Wilder.

  We were six adults and two children and this house provided us with plenty of room to spread out and enjoy ourselves. Of course, the location directly across from the ocean was a highlight. And the extra fridge in the garage was a lifesaver. Don't count on functional bikes being available, bring your own. There's plenty of garage space to store things.

  The location was great. The house was nice as well.
  I missed a call from the management company and called back to the number I missed. I left a message stating we were having issues with the 2 heaters and a drawer was broken. I never heard back from them.
  Several days after our stay, I had not heard from them about the status of my deposit. I needed to reach out to them twice. Annoying.

  The pictures did not lie! This is a beautiful house with nice landscaping and a gorgeous view. Would be nice if they updated their coffee-maker, but otherwise absolutely no complaints. Note that all bedrooms are upstairs, which are a bit narrow, so this property may not be a good match for the mobility-impaired. Bedrooms were roomy and comfortable. Close to grocery store for quick supplies runs, and easy drive to and from the property (veers away from the path of most beach traffic as soon as you reach town). The 2-car garage really only holds 1 car because of the 2 large grills kept there, but there is plenty of parking: we had 3 cars (1 in the garage) with no problems. The cost was less than we'd have paid for 4 hotel rooms, with additional savings of cooking our own meals. Having the room to visit together made it more relaxing than a hotel stay could possibly provide. Great communication with management company, trouble-free stay. Definitely would recommend and/or stay here again.

  We had a great stay at the West Cliff property during the 2021 Christmas/New Years season. The property is perfectly located across the street from the beach and between the Natural Bridges Park and the Santa Cruz Pier. Our extended family of 9 used every room/bed but were very comfortable. The kitchen is weel stocked and the property was very clean upon check-in.
