Enjoy your next family vacation at this Capitola rental condo located along the river! Located steps to Capitola Village, this perfect family getaway has space for everyone. The 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo beach house has great decks for relaxing, drinking your morning coffee or visitng with friends. Walking distance to many unique shops, galleries, dining and the beach. Across the path, you have shared access to the riverside BBQ and picnic area.

With the Monterey Bay and Santa Cruz within a short drive, this location is centrally located to many fun tourist spots, hiking trails, beaches, and wineries.


This condo offers parking for one car (small vehicle) in the carport below this home. For guests traveling with extra vehicles, we recommend parking in one of the two large parking lots just a minute's walk away where you can park for free overnight and a small daily fee.


*Laundry is communal. Management will will always do their best to make sure machines are functioning; however, they are not guaranteed.

    We had a good experience, the property was perfectly located for our needs, it had enough space for our family of 5 to feel together but not cramped. It is an older building (totally expected!) and some things like the carpeting and the mattresses really could use updating as they are very worn. But the company was excellent communicators, and when we had a minor problem at check in they were easy to contact, helped right away and when we checked out we had some things to communicate and they heard every word.

    We love this unit. It’s so convenient to the Capitola Village. We park and never have to use the car until we check out. The outside space next to the river is lovely. This is our go to every time we stay in Capitola. The management company has great customer service. They are so helpful and answer questions and emails quickly!!

    The rental was comfortable and the perfect location for being able to walk to all the stores, restaurants and bars. It could use some updating in the kitchen and bathrooms. The carpet should be replaced, but these issues wouldn't deter me from returning. The property manager was very responsive and helped make our stay very comfortable.

    First of all, great location. Half a block to the village, and also a short walk to the city parking lot, which is important if you have more than 1 vehicle in your party. $6 a day, free overnight. FYI, Riverview is a very skinny street; almost like an alleyway. In general, the unit is in decent shape; like other posters mentioned, it could definitely use a facelift. However, it was clean and comfortable, and suited our needs. Quite a few stairs, so be prepared with your luggage, golf clubs, etc. No water view from the unit (although the deck off the master is nice); outdoor BBQ and firepit space by the water is a nice perk, although you share with two other tenants. All in all, I would book again.

    Nice enough property, with good access. Was not anticipating the virtually impossible parking situation. Small cars only, no trucks or full size SUVs would work. Had two cars so walking about a mile was necessary to park the second one. If it were just a one small car group would have been a much more enjoyable stay.

    This rental is in a great location, walking distance to the beach and downtown. There is plenty of room and beds to sleep in. The back patio on the river had a nice set up and a great view.

    great location by the beach. Interior is quite old, outdated. No bathroom fans, plumbing old. Kitchen electricity was out on entry, rapidly fixed though. Parking is poor, only one space for a very small car (Odyssey does not fit). Dim lighting.
