  Just what we hoped for with a one minute walk to the grandkids and a short walk to the beach. Amazing kitchen and large living area made the space very comfortable. Perfect backyard for our one dog and sitting outdoors in the evening. The only downside was construction noise from the house next door and the neighbor dog that barked all day.

  This house is a small but efficient and well stocked rental. We were a little worried about parking as beach areas are often limited and we have a dually pickup (showing horses at Watsonville Fairgrounds). There was plenty of parking and my brother was able to drop by for lunch and park easily. There were plenty of dishes and glassware as well as flour, sugar, spices, oil, etc. The yard is dog friendly. The neighborhood was quiet, the beds were comfortable. There was an informational binder in the house that included when to take out the trash and recycling. Someone came into the back yard while we were gone Saturday to water plants or something. This was not in the binder, so heads up especially if you bring a dog. We did not make it to the beach. There are beach chairs and towels available. We would stay here again.

  Three of us enjoyed a weekend away. The accommodation was ideally placed for access to the beach and nearby restaurants. We were able to walk to most everything we needed. The area was quiet . Although the bedrooms were small the rental had everything we needed.

  This is a great little rental in the Aptos area. It accommodated our group of six nicely. It is completely furnished and updated and is a short 10 minute walk to the beach, restaurants and shops.

  The kitchen was properly stocked with all we needed to cook meals. Not a common thing in rentals. Our kids liked the separate rooms and our dog had room for her kennel. Every inch of the home was used for something.
